Lower Street

Executive Producer & Senior Leadership Team

I lead a team of producers through a six-figure annual show slate at circa 30% margins, for Ford, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, BCG and booking.com. I also run the hackathons behind our AI production tools, and helped write the policies that keep human judgement in charge of everything we publish. During my time at Lower Street, my shows have picked up multiple gongs across the W3 Awards, Corporate Content Awards and others.

BBC Teach

Developing Producer / Commissioning Executive Producer

I pitched, developed and launched a cross-platform content streaming service for teachers, building a team of 20 direct reports to make it a reality. I cultivated senior BBC stakeholder relationships to secure and greenlight funding, and built content partnerships to populate the platform on a tight budget. We achieved 80% awareness and 75% recurring use among UK teachers within 18 months of launch, with a BAFTA-winning commission on the way. Winner, Best Online Educational Resource, 2018 Learning on Screen Awards.

Glorious Republic Broadcasting

Founder

I built and led a company from nothing to a dozen contractors and syndication across 300+ global radio stations. I worked with emerging and trending DJs to mix weekly shows under a profit-share agreement, building a genuine creator economy in the music space.

ITN Productions & YouTube

Editor, YouTube

I led the strategy and the team behind ITN's YouTube network, growing it from 120,000 subscribers to over a million, increasing traffic by more than 200% through SEO, content partnerships and social media content flywheels. This was done through relentless video-by-video, minute-by-minute analytical and audience behavioral review, and it worked — not just in numbers, but we collected Webby and RTS nominations along the way.
